Your recorded meals, in one place
NutriCam brings your meal entries into a daily calorie overview. You can also review macronutrients: protein, carbohydrates, and fat.
The totals reflect the meals you record. A partially completed day does not necessarily represent everything you have eaten, so keep that context in mind when reviewing the numbers.
Start with a meal photo or a product barcode
Use AI meal photo analysis to estimate a plate of food, or scan a listed packaged product’s barcode to find its nutrition information. Both methods still require you to check the foods and the amount consumed.
Look back at your daily habits
The food diary helps you revisit logged meals. Weight tracking offers another reference over time. A single number or a single day cannot describe all of your habits.
NutriCam provides tools for organizing your tracking. It does not promise a particular weight or physical outcome.
What to look for in a calorie-tracking app
Consider how easy it is to record a meal, how clearly the diary presents information, and how the app explains its estimates. Review the privacy information and the current offers before choosing a subscription.
